●Product for sale

For overseas sales, product price is subject to change depending on the exchange rate, etc.
Payment condition is advance payment. Shipping works will be started once all the payment is confirmed.

●Fees other than commodity price

Bank transfer fees are required.
Shipping fee is required.

●Order establishment

Orders will be accepted on your order form.
Manufacturer will start manufacturing once we confirmed the payment from you.
(After 17:00, the order will become the next day order. If we received an order on national holidays, it will become the next day order; for orders received before or during consecutive holidays, they will be handled the next day; orders received on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Monday.)

●Cancellation

Some products are made to order; No cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled within 24 hours. from the order date. Cancellations made after 24 hours from the order confirmation will be subject to 70% cancellation charge of the items cancelled..
Cancellations after the shipping will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of the items cancelled.
Orders made outside our business hours, (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays), cancellation fee for the cancellation made before the next business day is 0%.
Order cancellations that are made after 24hrs or later from the order confirmation are subject to a 70% cancellation fee of the items cancelled.
Also, order cancellations after the shipping are subject to 100% cancellation fee of the items cancelled.
Same condition is applied when order is cancelled after the payment made by credit card or bank transfer.
However, bank charges for the refund transfer from us may be required according to the rules of Pay pal. Or bank charges are deducted from the refund amount in case of bank transfer.

●Delivery time

Usually, delivery will be arranged after the confirmation of the payment. It is usually arranged within 1-3 days from the confirmation of the payment. Yet because 1 year expiration date is set for some products, and the production starts after the confirmation of the payment, the delivery timing is different from other products. Therefore, we may ask customers to wait for 1 week to 1month for those products.
Also, delivery may be delayed due to unexpected situations, such as natural disaster, insufficient ingredients, etc.

●Order expiration

When the payment is not confirmed within 1 week from the order date, your order will be cancelled automatically.
